Miami, FL - BlackCollegeBasbeall.com has successfully entered the showcase arena. BCB launched its first showcase on June 11 in Miami, FL at North Miami Beach Senior High School. Greensboro, NC -- The Metropolitan Junior Baseball League (MJBL) held its Inner City Classic tournament July 28th through August 1st in Greensboro, NC. Bethunce Cookman University repeats as National Champions for Black College Baseball. The Wildcats were ranked #1 the entire 2010 season and finished their season with a 35-22 record. Bethune-Cookman won its fifth straight MEAC tournament baseball championship and crusied to an 18-0 regular season MEAC conference record. Lancaster, TX— Lancaster High School will host the 2010 Metropolitan Junior Baseball League’s (MJBL) East/West All-Star Games and a Major League Baseball (MLB) Scouting Bureau Pro Tryout in Lancaster, TX, June 19-20. The second annual MJBL All-Star Games will showcase high school-age baseball talent from across the country and Puerto Rico in a first-class setting. The price of admission to games is $5.00.
