Despite a record-setting performance, the River Cats fell 5-2 to the Las Vegas 51s on Sunday night at Raley Field. The 51s got the best of Sacramento in the later innings, scoring two runs in both the sixth and seventh to take the lead. Corey Wimberly ran himself into the River Cats' record books in the third inning when he stole his 43rd and 44th base, tying and then breaking Eric Patterson's single-season record for stolen bases.
